Featuring exclusive settings as well as great views of our main welcoming area, Virgita Restaurant has been designed to offer our guests several different dining environment experiences: The restaurant has a open area where you can easily enjoy the pool and garden views, on a semi-informal setting as well as other area if you are looking for a more private location, where you can inspire while enjoying the most delicious appetizers and main dishes.

Virgita’s restaurant chief Mr,Mario Rodriguez combines some of our native ingredients with other international ones, to reach the perfect flavored recipe that every dish would have according to its nature.
Some of the Costa Rican typical ingredients includes: white or yellow rice, black or brown beans, hearts of palm, squash, yucca(cassava) ripe "platano" and many others local favorites.

Its pleasant and warm environment and our international chef Mario Rodriguez with his baste culinary experience and his renown gourmet cuisine will captivate the most demanding palate.
Da Vinci Reataurant is a first-class dinning in a complete calmed environment. Located on a second story, on Roca Di Baldi wet bar with marvelous volcano views, soft and fresh breeze and the warmness of the nature songs.
On this cozy environment, the restaurant serves Buffet Breakfast and A’ la carte Diners while the live music invites you to enjoy the momentum with plenitude.
Breakfast starts with our just draft (Colado) best Costa Rican Coffee, omelets, as well as the Costa Rican favorite dishes: "gallo pinto" with scrambled or fried eggs and local sour cream over fried ripe "platano", always accompanied with the freshest tropical fruits and juices.
