• Different rates and policies apply over the High Season and Easter week.
• Check-In: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out: 12:00 Noon
• Rates include Taxes. 13%
• Payment must be received at the time of booking confirmation. Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa will charge the amount equivalent to 50% of your stay on your Credit Card once your reservation has been confirmed. It is your reservation’s deposit.
• Baldi Hot Springs Resort Hotel & Spa would cancel the reservation if the Credit card used is Invalid, has been Declined or presents any inconvenience at the time of processing the transaction.
• We need to be contacted if there is any changes in your Credit Card information to Reservations@BaldiCostaRica.com or Info@BaldiCostaRica.com

Any inconvenience with your Credit Card processing transaction will be notified and your prompt reply is requested in order to get a successful charge approval and consequently a firm reservation.

We can not guarantee a reservation until we get a Credit Card transaction approval code.
